The Management of H.P.S. S.r.l. believes that, in order to remain competitive in the market and meet the needs of its customers (explicit, implicit and mandatory) requires the adoption of advanced methodologies based on in-house know-how, integrated with proven organizational systems and focused on customer satisfaction.

H.P.S. S.r.l. is committed to delivering high-quality services in the following areas:

All services are provided in compliance with contractual requirements, agreed costs and applicable regulations.

The UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification outlines the essential requirements for ensuring and continuously improving the quality of our services. Our Quality Management System (QMS) defines the necessary process to maintain high standards, specifying activities, roles and responsabilities for each business function.

The implementation, verification and updating of these requirements are ensured by the Sole Director, supported by the Quality System Manager, who coordinates all departments and defines shared standards and procedures.

All personnel are responsible for following QMS procedures within their roles, actively contributing to the quality of services and products.

With the approval of this policy, Management commits to implementing and ensuring compliance with all QMS requirements.
