The Management of H.P.S. S.r.l.<\/strong> believes that, in order to remain competitive in the market and meet the needs of its customers (explicit, implicit and mandatory) requires the adoption of advanced methodologies<\/strong> based on in-house know-how<\/strong>, integrated with proven organizational systems<\/strong> and focused on customer satisfaction<\/strong>.<\/p>

    The UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification<\/strong> outlines the essential requirements for ensuring and continuously improving the quality of our services<\/strong>. Our Quality Management System (QMS)<\/strong> defines the necessary process to maintain high standards, specifying activities, roles and responsabilities<\/strong> for each business function.<\/p>

    The implementation, verification and updating<\/strong> of these requirements are ensured by the Sole Director<\/strong>, supported by the Quality System Manager<\/strong>, who coordinates all departments and defines shared standards and procedures<\/strong>.<\/p>

    All personnel are responsible for following QMS procedures<\/strong> within their roles, actively contributing to the quality of services and products<\/strong>.<\/p>

    With the approval of this policy, Management commits to implementing and ensuring compliance<\/strong> with all QMS requirements.<\/p>
